“Hola, I’m Kyle and I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for 12+ years. After achieving a First Class degree at University, I got my first ‘proper’ job and realised very quickly that, as a young professional, the ability to balance a job, relationship and social life was a daunting challenge. Between working long hours, commutes and attempting to decipher the vast amount of fitness information online, I felt I was going round in circles. Despite continuously training, this resulted in me gaining weight, lacking sleep quality and sacrificing my social life in order to chase some sort of balance. I realised at this point I needed to help myself and others facing the same challenges.

This all lead to me investing in my health and my own learning. I took on the support of some of the leading fitness entrepreneurs in the UK, attended seminars, worked towards qualifications and joined mentorships to gain the information I needed to help others. My primary goal was to help young professionals realise their fitness ambitions, whilst maintaining a social life. The goal remains to help as many people as possible optimise their health, mindset & performance through building sustainable habits.
