After digesting the information provided in the resources provided, you will select the training programme that works for YOU.

Using the self-accountability tracker provided, you will enter your starting information, then take your progress photos & any applicable measurements.

On Monday, you will start receiving your coaching emails, which are packed with relatable and actionable coaching points.

Finally, you will continue to complete the self-accountability tracker every Friday throughout the 28 days of the programme

  • No. FIT4FREE is fully flexible and offers both gym and home based workouts. The programme also offers bodyweight alternatives for those who don't have access to any equipment. It was developed like this in light of those who don't feel comfortable training at the gym, for those who have access to sufficient equipment at home and for the times you can't make it to the gym as you try and finish that work project.

  • FIT4FREE is self-paced, meaning you invest whatever time you can commit. Consuming all the information in the resource pack and daily coaching emails will give you the best chance of succeeding on the programme. The flexibility of FIT4FREE allows you to work at a pace that suits you, without being overwhelmed with check in's, training times or zoom calls.

  • The programmes are a 4 day split across different muscle groups. Each session is around 45 minutes.

  • Absolutely! You can start this Monday or whenever suits.

  • You can select your own training days, although we advise that you take a rest day after 2 consecutive sessions.
